If you have successfully logged in the ezTalks app, but fail to start a meeting, please refer to the steps below to do troubleshooting.

Step 1  Check if you can telnet the port 8888. 

  1. Click on the Windows key and R key on your keyboard, input cmd and then press Enter
  2. Then copy the command: telnet t.eztalks.com 8888 and paste it in the command window as below. If the telnet command is not enabled yet, please click here to enable it.

If you can see a black window, that means it is successful, please move to the next step. If not, please contact ezTalks live support for help.

Step 2. Check if you can telnet the port 1089.

Please copy the command: telnet t.eztalks.com 1089 and paste it in the command window as below. 

 
Step 3  Send the system log of the app to ezTalks support team.

Please find the system log of the app. The Path of the syslog is: This PC--Documents--ezTalks--Log as below:

Please compress the whole folder and send the zipped file to eztalks support team: support@eztalks.com.
