Step 1  Make sure you have Internet access on your mobile device.

Try opening a website to make sure you are on the Internet. You may try with the wifi connection or switch to the 3G/4G network on your mobile device.

Step 2 Check if you can connect to the ezTalks meeting server.

Open a web browser and type in api.eztalks.com and s-im-a.eztalks.com. If you cannot open either of the two websites, please contact ezTalks online support for help.
